One day I realized the photos I was taking were not truly showing what I was seeing when I took them. The perspectives were limited in their scope and detail. I started experimenting with panoramic photography and was quickly absorbed with its grandness. These are very time and data consuming images, but there is no substitute when it comes to sharing the sights that were in front of my camera.
These panoramas run well beyond the 40″×60″ ceiling of standard print sizing — some over 8 feet wide at full resolution — so they aren't sold through the self-serve print shop the rest of the site uses. Every PanoAmerica piece is a custom order: sized, mounted, and produced individually for the wall it's going on.
